Car pushed through garage

SOUTH WINDSOR - On Feb. 1,  South Windsor police and fire personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at a residence on Mohegan Trail.  While in the driveway, a newspaper delivery person accidentally pressed the gas pedal instead of the brake, pushing a parked vehicle through the rear of the garage.  There were no injuries.  South Windsor building officials responded to assess the structural integrity of the garage.  Incident report and photo provided by South Windsor Police Services.
