The Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce held its 14th annual Business to Business Expo on March 16 at Cheney Hall. The event provided a forum for networking among local business professionals.

Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union was the signature sponsor for the 12th year. According to Manchester branch manager Jennifer Cochrane, being the expo sponsor provides the credit union an opportunity to increase public awareness of the difference between a bank and a credit union. For example, at Nutmeg State, members must live, work or worship in Hartford or Tolland counties, and members elect the credit union’s board of directors.

Several dozen businesses had informational tables at the Business to Business Expo. It was an opportunity for representatives of the participating businesses to meet new people,

develop professional relationships and learn about the services offered by a wide range of companies. The public was also invited to learn more about the local businesses in the Greater Manchester area. Refreshments were served, and most businesses offered raffles.
