The grounds were hopping on May 7 for the seasonal grand opening of the Connecticut Eastern Railroad Museum.

The museum is open from now until October, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Don’t miss the dedication of the recently-completed replica of the gallows signal, which once stood on Bridge Street in Willimantic. The dedication is scheduled for Saturday, May 21, at noon. Visit the website cteastrrmuseum.org for more information.
