RHAM High School celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2011 on June 20 in the usual, spirited style, with seniors entering the field behind the school adorned with leis and sunglasses. Mortar boards were personalized with all manner of adornments - the more unusual including a gorilla head, sported by David Coffey, and a series of sparkly, twisted pipe cleaners, created by Joseph Schweizer.

The guest speaker was 1979 RHAM graduate Chris Gilman, who spoke of his career in Hollywood working in specialty costumes. Valedictorian Ryan Cummings and salutatorian Lucy Xu delivered their addresses to the class.

Beach balls made an early appearance, batted around by graduates until they were confiscated by faculty. Junior Class President Jacob Grover was entirely engulfed in a sticky mess, as silly string made an appearance about mid-way through the distribution of diplomas.
