East Granby High School graduated 75 students in the Class of 2011 on June 23.

The unique graduation featured many performances, an opening video featuring baby pictures and class pictures of the graduates, and a guest speaker that sought to inspire students in their future endeavors.

Guest speaker Marcie Shephard has been a professional speaker for many years, and told students to find a mentor in their chosen career path, never be made to play the victim, and to maintain a positive attitude in life.

The East Granby Singers and the high school’s band held their final performances during the graduation ceremony.
