The Lebanon 9- and 10-year-old All-Star baseball team had a good run during the 2011 tournament. They easily breezed past Thompson during the first game, taking home a victory with a final score of 12-4. Round two brought them up against Columbia. The neighboring foes proved to be more of a challenge for the team, bringing Lebanon its first loss, with a final score of 4-3.

For round three, Lebanon realized an easy win against Brooklyn, with a final score of 11-1. Equally easy were a 12-1 win against Killingly and an 11-0 win against Pomfret. On Thursday, July 7, Lebanon again faced local rivals from the Columbia All-Star team. This time, Lebanon scored a victory with an 8-2 win over Columbia, a win that earned them a chance to play Woodstock for the district championship. The undefeated Woodstock team proved to be a tough opponent, but the Lebanon All-Stars gave them a run for their money. The final score was 5-4, making Woodstock the district champions.
