Police seeking information in attempted robbery case

The South Windsor Police Department is investigating an attempted robbery of the Getty Mart at 561 Sullivan Ave. that occurred on Saturday, Jan. 26, at about 3:45 p.m.
A man entered the store and implied he had a gun. He fled before obtaining any money from the store clerk. The suspect is described as a male wearing a ski mask, dark hooded sweatshirt, and sunglasses. The suspect fled from the store and possibly ran across Sullivan Avenue toward Troy Road.
A canine team from the Enfield Police Department responded to search for the suspect.
