The Colchester Learning Foundation will sponsor a one-man variety show featuring Brian Miller, on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 8 p.m. in the newly-renovated St. Joseph’s Polish Society, located at 395 S. Main St. in Colchester.

Brian Miller is a nationally touring variety artist. Magic, comedy, mind-reading, philosophy and live music are interwoven in his vaudeville-inspired one-man variety show. A professional entertainer since the age of 16, Miller has headlined nearly every type of venue and maintains a schedule of more than 250 events per year.  He was the resident magician for COMIX at Foxwoods. “Campus Activities Magazine” recognized Miller as one of “America’s Best Small Venue Performers” (2013 Reader’s Choice Awards).

Proceeds from the 18-year-old-and-over show will benefit Colchester Learning Foundation’s mission to provide innovative learning opportunities to the residents of Colchester. Tickets are $14 each, or $120 for a table of 10.

Tickets will be sold in advance at Troiano Auto Group, United Auto Parts, and Tim’s Bistro, all in Colchester, starting Sept. 17.  Tickets will also be sold at the door, but full tables should be reserved ahead of time.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own food.  There will be a cash bar.  Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. for bidding on silent auction items.

Contact Monica at 860-465-7909 or Fred at 860-608-6223 for reservations or more information.
