Kelly Fantoli (R): "I live in North Windham and I am running for the Board of Education position, not because I have the solutions to our town’s school and educational issues but because I am sincerely concerned about our town’s schools and our taxpayers," said Fantoli. "I believe that if you are one to continuously complain about issues that are going on you should get more involved. I want to be proud of our schools and not embarrassed to admit my children do attend or have attended Windham’s school system.  I have a genuine interest in our town and its citizens and I am willing to do what I can to help improve it."

Murphy Sewall (D): Sewall is currently the chairman of the Windham Board of Education. He is a retired UConn marketing professor, and a graduate of Princeton University. Sewall is also a member of the Democratic Town Committee.

Tracy Lambert (D): Lambert is a member of the Windham Board of Education and chair of the Building Committee. She is past president of the Sweeney School and Middle School PTOs. Lambert is an Eastern Connecticut State University graduate and a professional photographer.

Jaime Gomez (D): Gomez is currently the interim dean of the School of Education & Professional Studies at Eastern Connecticut State University. Gomez is a first-time candidate for elective office.
