Family-owned and -operated Eliminate‘Em streamlines pest control services with new mobile-friendly website

In an effort to provide faster pest control services across their three-state service area, Eliminate ‘Em Pest Control Services has unveiled its new and improved website.
For 25 years, the family-owned company has been growing on its promise to offer 24/7 same-day pest control services throughout Connecticut, western Massachusetts and New York. They plan on using this website overhaul to make that service more accessible to customers online.
“A really, really huge aspect is that our website is mobile friendly now,” said Eliminate‘Em Director of Operations David Vayda.
The company’s new website allows customers on a cell phone or tablet to quickly and easily request service by clicking to call or filling out a simple service request form. Vayda thinks that this will help Eliminate ‘Em better provide the “immediate” year-round service that the company has become known for.
“I believe that the site can better help our customers get to the next level,” he says. “A lot of companies haven’t utilized that type of technology.”
In addition to making the site more accessible to users on a mobile device, Eliminate‘Em has also attempted to create a more comprehensive online experience for its customers. Their new website comes with interactive videos and detailed information about pests and pest control solutions.
“We wanted to give our customers a site that was easier to navigate and access while helping us to provide them with better, faster service,” Vayda says, “and we’ve definitely done that here.”
