According to www.statisticbrain.com, 45 percent of Americans typically make New Year’s resolutions. Only 8 percent of those people are successful in actually keeping them. What's the most popular resolution? Lose weight. Judging by responses from a random sampling of local residents, many people are foregoing New Year’s resolutions this year. But some residents have resolved to turn over a new leaf in the new year. Below are their resolutions for 2014.
