Yard waste collection

EAST WINDSOR - A fall yard waste collection will take place Nov. 26 through 30. Yard waste must be in biodegradable paper bags and tree limbs and branches must be cut to 4-foot lengths and put in bundles less than 6-inches in diameter with any type of string.
