Festival of Trees

WINDHAM- The Windham Textile & History Museum will turn into a winter wonderland during its annual Holiday Reception and Festival of Trees on Friday, Dec. 14 from 6-7:30 p.m. Forty trees and wreaths decorated and donated by local clubs, organizations, volunteers and businesses will be displayed in the museum's main exhibit hall. These 2 foot and 3 foot artificial trees, perfect for apartments, nursing homes and hospitals, will be available for purchase during the reception through a silent auction. The admission charge is $10, free for children 12 and under. Wine, cider, cheese and holiday treats will be served. If your business, club or organization is interested in sponsoring and decorating a tree, the registration fee is $20. The name of your group will be displayed with the tree. You can also sponsor a pre-decorated tree for $50.
