'A Christmas Carol’ bus trip

VERNON - The Vernon Arts Commission is sponsoring a bus trip to the Hartford Stage for a matinee performance of “A Christmas Carol” on Dec. 15. The cost is $15 per person, which includes round trip transportation by coach bus and admission to the performance. The bus will depart the commuter lot on Route 30 across from Center 375 at 1 p.m. for the 2 p.m. performance and will return directly to the commuter lot after the show at approximately 4:30 p.m. The deadline for reservations is Dec. 1.
