Emancipation Proclamation celebration

TOLLAND - On Jan. 20 at 11:30 a.m., The United Congregational Church of Tolland, UCC, will celebrate the 150th anniversary of the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation with special guest speaker, Katherine Kane, executive director the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center.
