Community prayer

STAFFORD - "Moving Towards the Light," a service of hope in troubled times, will take place at First United Methodist Church on Jan. 27 from 3 to 4 p.m. The event will include a time of music, prayer and reflections. Participating churches and pastors include Saint Edward the Confessor Catholic Church Frs. David Kashen and Timothy Lyons; Second Congregational Church of Stafford at West Stafford Rev. Carl Reynolds; Grace Episcopal Church Rev. Helen Moore; Stafford Congregational Church Rev. Héctor E. Méndez; First United Methodist Church Rev. Joseph Chamberland; Stafford High Madrigals, Combined Choir, The Junior Bell Choir.
