Mark Twain concert

VERNON - The Rosewood Chamber Ensemble will be performing “Melodies of Mark Twain” during the Music at First Concert Series at the First Congregational Church of Vernon, 695 Hartford Turnpike, on Jan. 27 at 4 p.m. A reception will follow the performance. This new program will include music and stories from Twain’s life, including songs that were known to be his favorites and readings by and about him.
