COLCHESTER- Donna Rosenblatt of Rose n’ Petal Farm, Colchester will be speaking on “The Joy of Decomposition” or “How to create your own compost from materials you already have that are free." Find out how to revitalize your soil and garden to grow great veggies, fruits, and flowers like they do at Rose n’ Petal Farm. The meeting starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. so please arrive a little earlier. Come Thursday, Feb. 7, to Jack Jackter Intermediate School (cafeteria) in Colchester. Please bring: a vegetarian or vegan dish to share, serving utensil for your food, list of ingredients to put with your food, the recipe (give to our secretary), your place setting (plate, utensils, etc.) & beverage. $7 Adults, $3 Children ages 6-13, Children 5 years and under are free. Any questions, contact Cheryl at 860-537-7297. Everyone is welcome - you don’t have to be vegetarian to attend.
