Community Services Council meeting

The Manchester Community Services Council's annual meeting featuring a discussion with the state legislators representing the Manchester area has been rescheduled to Feb. 24 at noon, and will be held at South United Methodist Church. In addition to council members, all interested members of the community are invited to attend. With advance reservation, luncheon will be available at a cost of $8. Reservations may be made by calling 860-647-5215.
