Earth Day Fair at Horizon Wings

Earth Day Fair 2011 will feature tours of aviaries, live birds of prey programs at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m, and a special story-telling starring Oscar, the Great Horned Owl, at 1 p.m.
Other activities include owl pellet labs, nature-related crafts, and face painting.
The event will be held on April 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Horizon Wings, 9 Sand Hill Road, Ashford.
Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for children, children under 5 admitted free. All funds collected will be used to care for the birds.
