Golf tournament

The South Windsor Historical Society’s annual golf tournament and family fun day will be held on May 21 with check-in at noon and a 1 p.m. shotgun start of play at Willow Brook Golf Course, 124 Brookfield St., South Windsor.
The fundraiser is for society programs and projects, including renovation of the Union District School and maintenance of the Pleasant Valley Schoolhouse Museum. It will feature best ball and scramble formats, contests, prizes, a raffle and a 5 p.m. cookout. The entry fee is $300 per foursome. Tickets for the cook-out only are $15. Tee and hole sponsorships are available for $75. Sign-ups are due by May 14.
