Lutz membership meeting

Manchester - posted Apr, 29 2011

The Lutz Children's Museum will hold its annual membership meeting on May 11 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Museum members and interested members of the community are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served and child care will be available.
The museum received a $200,000 grant from the state of Connecticut to expand exhibit areas. Comments were collected from members and incorporated into the design plan. Now attendees will have the opportunity to see the final plans and ask questions before construction begins.
In addition to major building improvements, the meeting agenda includes the election of members to the board of trustees, program progress reports and recognition of the staff and volunteers who make the museum an integral part of the community.
The Lutz Children's Museum is a non-profit organization founded in 1953 to provide educational resources to young children, families and schools. Learn more at
