Golfers needed for tournament fundraiser

On May 21 at 1 p.m. at the Long Hill Golf Course (formerly the East Hartford Golf Course), Area golfers are invited to participate in this fundraiser, in support of East Hartford Project Graduation.
Project Graduation is a fun-filled evening for the graduating seniors of East Hartford High School to congratulate them on 12 years of hard work. It takes $20,000 in donations to hold, and this golf tournament is the primary means to raise that money.
There are currently 70 committed golfers, but 50 more are needed.
The day will start with lunch at noon, golf with a cart at 1 p.m., and finish with dinner and a live and silent auction at 5 p.m. Items in the auction will include tickets to Travelers Championship Weeks Passes including parking, 4-Disney Hopper passes, 18 holes at many golf courses, and tickets to shows, tickets to places of interest and much more.
