Energy fair

The Stafford Energy and Environmental Fair, presented by The Stafford Energy Committee, will be held on June 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Stafford High School located at 145 Orcuttville Road in Stafford.
Scheduled speakers include U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney and Connecticut Commissioner of Agriculture Steve Reviczky. Also attending will be representatives from the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund, The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund and the Connecticut Chapter of the Sierra Club.
On display will be a Chevy Volt, a hydrogen fuel cell car and hybrid cars. Several companies will be displaying photovoltaic electric systems, geothermal and solar hot water systems as well as other energy saving devices and ideas.
