Strawberry Moon

Glastonbury Town Center Initiative will host the sixth annual - "An Evening Under the Strawberry Moon – A Taste of Glastonbury." Local restaurants will bring you tempting delights on June 25 (rain date July 2) from 6 to 10 p.m. The Strawberry Moon event is an evening to celebrate early summer with food, music and dance in the center of town. This signature event has become a ‘must’ for town residents. Come enjoy and have a wonderful time with your friends and family as a portion of Main Street and Hebron Avenue will be closed around the fountain green.
This year's participants will include J. Gilberts, Max Fish, Bricco Trattoria, Max Amore, 2 Hopewell, Plan B, Sakura Garden, Tango, Giovanni’s Pizzeria, Wang Palace, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Bagelz Café and TCBY Frozen Yogurt.
Glastonbury Town Center Initiative is an all volunteer, nonprofit organization that relies on sponsor support and Glastonbury residents to bring events to the community. One-hour volunteer shifts are available in beverage tents. This year’s event sponsors are Glastonbury Rotary Club, New Country Mercedes Benz and TD Bank. If the rain date is required, then the Parks and Recreation hotline will have an announcement, and signs will be displayed at the fountain green.
