Dragon Boat festival

On Aug. 20 and 21, Riverfront Recapture will present the 11th annual Riverfront Dragon Boat and Asian Festival, a free, two-day festival being held at Mortensen Riverfront Plaza in downtown Hartford. This family-friendly event will offer a unique celebration of Asian culture featuring the exciting sport of dragon boat racing. Festival highlights include authentic Asian music and dance performances, food and merchandise vendors, Asian beer garden, martial arts expo, arts and crafts for kids and more.
