Vendors needed for festival

Vendors and artisans are needed for the annual Rockville Festival, scheduled for Sept. 24. The Rockville Community Alliance (RCA) is working in conjunction with the Tri-Town Cruzers and the Vernon Parks and Recreation Department to present the classic car event of the year. Last year, there were more than 180 vintage automobiles on display in the middle of downtown Rockville. This year will be even bigger and better, with more cars, more entertainment and more fun for everyone. If you are an artisan/crafter or a food vendor (must meet all conditions of local Health Department) the RCA wants to hear from you - especially people with unusual and/or unique food products or merchandise for sale, which can include home-based sales such as Avon, Tupperware, Discovery Toys, etc. The Rockville Community Alliance does reserve the right to limit submissions of similar-type items since it is seeking a wide variety of food and merchandise.
