Animal care volunteers needed

Protectors of Animals, a S. Glastonbury based animal rescue group is looking for volunteers for its East Hartford Cat Adoption Center and PetSmart locations. If you love to work with cats, are 18 years or older, and have time on weekday mornings, call 860-569-0722 or visit poainc.org for application. Training will be provided for the clean and feed team. POA is a non profit, all volunteer, no kill animal rescue group that has been rescuing primarily cats and dogs for the past 37 years in Glastonbury and surrounding towns. Volunteers enable POA to continue its efforts to rescue stray, abandoned, abused or impounded animals and find loving homes for them.
