Real estate taxes due

The Tax Collectors of Tolland / Windham Counties remind residents that the January installment of real estate and personal property tax bills, as well as recently-received motor vehicle supplemental bills, are due by Feb. 1. Review tax bills to be sure your have received them all. According to Connecticut State Statutes, delays in receiving the bill or not receiving it at all do not excuse residents or businesses from missing the Feb. 1 deadline for payments. Anyone who does not pay their tax bill by the Feb. 1 deadline is subject to pay interest.
