Taxes are due

KILLINGLY- The Tax Collectors of Tolland / Windham Counties would like to remind residents that the January installment of real estate and personal property tax bills as well as recently received motor vehicle supplemental bills are due this month. Please review your tax bills to be sure your have received them all. According to Connecticut State Statutes, delays in receiving the bill or not receiving it at all do not excuse residents or businesses from missing the February 1st deadline for payments. Anyone who does not pay their tax bill by the Feb. 1 deadline is subject to pay interest.
