Girl Scout camp early-bird registration
Region - posted Mar, 23 2012
If you have a girl that’s ready to experience all the fun and adventure that Girl Scout summer camp has to offer, you can register now and pay in full before April 1 to save on the camp fee while securing the camper’s spot. Or register now, with a small deposit, and have until June 1 to pay the balance. Girl Scouts of Connecticut has nine day camps and three resident camps across the state that offer all girls a safe, nurturing environment to explore the wonders of nature, develop self-esteem, gain a sense of independence and community and stem summer learning loss. In addition to traditional arts and crafts, swimming, hiking, games, and nature walks, Girl Scout camps offer girls a variety of unique, special interest programs, such as the signature anti-bullying program Girlz R.U.L.E.TM, horseback riding at select camps, boating, and much more. While each camp offers its own personalized, age-appropriate programs, all of the Girl Scout camps and programs are designed to encourage girls to discover more about themselves and their values, connect with others to form healthy relationships, and take action to make the world a better place. For more information call 800-922-2770, ext. 3313 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Financial aid is also available to those who qualify. A list of all the camps and their individual programs can be found online at www.gsofct.org.
