Windsor's Earth Day celebration

This year marks the 42nd anniversary of Earth Day and Windsor's local businesses are supporting the Town of Windsor’s Earth Day celebration on April 21 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Northwest Park. All of the programs featured on April 21st at Northwest Park on Lang Road are sponsored by local businesses. Programs include Living Dragons, Riverside Reptiles, Black Bears of Connecticut, Music Celebration of Earth. The free shredding truck is sponsored by Iron Mountain. Vendors will include three local farms and some earth-friendly products and services. The celebration will be held rain or shine. The day is full of activities both indoors and outdoors from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Local is better. Enjoy all of the activities at Northwest Park on April 21.
