Methodist Church at 8 Church St. in Stafford Springs will host a benefit pasta dinner on June 16 for Dave Lauzier and family. Lauzier was diagnosed with lymphoma and has been in Mass General for the past month. All monies raised through this meal will go to help with the medical expenses incurred. Tickets are $10 each and must be purchased by June 10; no tickets will be sold at the door. Purchase tickets by sending your check to First United Methodist Church, 8 Church St., Stafford Springs, CT 06076. Or, call 860-684-9484 to place your ticket order. The tickets will be held for you to pick up at the door the evening of the event. Specify whether you want the 5 p.m. seating or the 6:30 p.m. seating.
