While "The Vagina Monologues" has one final weekend, June 22, 23 and 24, there are several other programs coming up this month. June 27 will be the next LTM Lunchtime Lecture with a focus on the changing face of musical theater. Joe Keach Longo, director of "1776," and Todd Santa Maria, director of "The LTM Music Revue," will be discussing this topic beginning at noon in the Silk Room at Cheney Hall. Patrons are invited to bring their lunch for this free event. June 29 is the first of the summer Folkāon Fridays at the Hall. This will be the fifth anniversary year of this open mic monthly event which allows performers 10 minutes of mic time from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Cheney Hall. Sign up begins at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be available for purchase and donations will be appreciated. An exhibit of art about women or in honor of a woman artist, by members of the Manchester Art Association, is on display for the month of June on both levels of Cheney Hall. The hall is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cheney Hall is located at 177 Hartford Road, Manchester. The box office can be reached at 860-647-9824.
