Historical Society picnic

The Windsor Locks Historical Society's annual picnic will be held on July 22 at the Noden-Reed Museum from 1 to 4 p.m. at 58 West St. Members and their guests will supply the side dish or desserts and the Society will supply the hot dogs and burgers. The rain date will be July 27.
