Korean War veterans meeting, picnic

Connecticut Korean War veterans will meet Aug. 16 at 7 p.m. at the First Korean Presbyterian Church, 300 Chapel Road, Manchester. The annual veterans' parade and picnic will be discussed. All Korean era veterans are invited. For more information call 860-528-0251. The picnic will be held Aug. 12 from noon to 5:30 p.m. at Never Pavilion in South Windsor. All members and guests should call Ted Paul at 860-646-3587 to make reservations or pay in advance. Call for price information.
