COLCHESTER- Colchester Youth and Social Services is now scheduling energy assistance applications appointments. Energy assistance appointments will be held at the Town Hall in suite 204. The necessary documentation for these appointments includes: Proof of income for 4 weeks before the appointment; Current proof of all assets; Current copy of lease/mortgage or rent receipt, Most current electric bill Call to schedule your appointment today at 860-537-7235.
