Eagle Scout award

SOUTH WINDSOR- Christopher A. Moran, a member of Boy Scout troop 186 of South Windosr, has completed all the requirements of Eagle Boy Scout. He will be honored at an Eagle Court of Honor at South Windsor Library on Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. For his Eagle project, Moran organized the removal of 55 feet of raised wetland walkway and replacing it at the Major Michael Donnelly Land Preserve in South Windsor. He is the son of John and Ellen Moran of South Windsor, is a senior at South Windosr High School.
