Flu clinics

MANCHESTER- The Manchester Health Department will hold its flu vaccine clinic for adults ages 18 and older. Sept. 18: Senior Center, 9-11:30 a.m., 549 East Middle Turnpike; Oct. 17: Army-Navy Club, 1090 Main St, 9-11:30 a.m. Oct. 9: Mayfair Gardens, 211 North Main St., 9-10 a.m., Spencer Village: Pascal Lane, 10:30-11 a.m.; West Hill Gardens: 24 Bluefield Dr., 1:15-2:15 p.m. A family flu clinic will be held at the East Side Public Safety Building, 153 Spruce St, on Oct. 27, from 10-11:30 a.m. (for Manchester residents age 3 and over). Insurances accepted include Medicare, Anthem, Connecticare, Aetna. Sliding scale is available for uninsured Manchester residents. Cost is $25. For more information, call 860-647-3173.
