WINDSOR LOCKS- The Windsor Locks Senior Center will host a “Meet the Chief” meet and greet hour with Police Chief Eric Osanitsch on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. All are welcome, and refreshments will be served. Come in and get to know the new Windsor Locks police chief.
