New yoga class at Unity

A new yoga class at Unity will begin Oct. 15 and continue on Mondays at 7 p.m. Easygoing to Beginner Class will be an opportunity to find out what yoga is all about and how it can enhance well-being. The price is $8 per class with packages available. In addition, a continuously running Intermediate to Advanced level class is held on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. and a Beginner to Intermediate Level Class is held on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Yoga classes are held with Renee Ulbinsky RYT500.
