Halloween events

Windsor Locks Public Library will celebrate Halloween with crafts on Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. Children ages 3 and up are invited to come to this free craft session featuring a variety of Halloween-themed crafts. Registration is required by calling 860-627-1495 or visiting the library at 28 Main St., Windsor Locks to register. Also, Spooktacular Storytime takes place Oct. 30 at 6:30 p.m. This special storytime for children of all ages will be all about Halloween, there will be stories, music, games and a craft. Come in costume for this special free program. Registration is required. Call or visit the library to register.
