Special speaker

COLCHESTER- St. Andrew Church is pleased to present Peter Wolfgang, executive director of the Family Institute of CT, as a speaker/panel discussion leader, on Oct. 23 at 7 p.m., to address the controversial issues of limitations on religious liberty affecting this year’s elections. Peter holds a Juris Doctorate from UConn School of Law and is a member of the Connecticut Bar. He also has a Bachelors Degree in International Studies from The American University in Washington, D.C.
