Foster parent program

PUTNAM- On Thursday, Nov. 15, Community Health Resources will hold a free open house at the Community Room of the Putnam Public Library in Putnam, from 11a.m.-1p.m. for anyone who might be interested in becoming a foster parent for a child in DCF custody. Topics will include training, licensing, support services and tax-free stipends. If you have room in your home and in your heart, consider becoming a Foster Parent for one of the thousands of children in Connecticut waiting for a loving, caring place to call home.
