Veterans' Day

Town of Manchester offices will closed in observance of Veterans' Day on Nov. 12. Mary Cheney and Whiton libraries will also be closed. Trash collection for the week will be on a regular schedule. A Veterans' Day parade will step off from American Legion Hall, at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11, arriving at Manchester Memorial Hospital. In case of inclement weather, the remainder of the ceremony will take place inside the hospital in the H. Louise Ruddell Auditorium at 11:15 a.m. Refreshments will follow the ceremony.
