Veterans' Day observance

Talcottville Congregational Church, 10 Elm Hill Road, Vernon, will hold a Veterans' Day observance on Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. Activities will feature the Manchester Bagpipe Band, guest speaker Army Retired Col. Joseph Matczak and Color Guard flag ceremony and refreshments after the service. The public is invited. For more information call 860-649-0815.
