Parents as teachers

Parents as Teachers is a free service sponsored by Oliver Ellsworth Family Resource Center for Windsor residents. Parents as Teachers can help you lay a strong foundation for your child’s future success in school. Parents as Teachers is offered free of charge to parents of young children birth to age 5, and pregnant women and teens. It provides home visits by a certified parent educator, play groups, developmental screenings, connections to community resources and prenatal information.
