On Dec. 4, students from MCC’s culinary arts programs will prepare and serve a seven-course gourmet meal featuring salad, soup, appetizer, sorbet, entrée, cheese and dessert. This special evening will begin at 6 p.m. in the dining room of the college’s Culinary Arts Center located on the second floor of the Lowe Student Services Center. Glenn Lemaire ‘74, Professor Emeritus of Hospitality Management and the evening’s sommelier, will select wines to accompany six of the meal’s seven courses. Reservations are $75 per person and must be made in advance. To make a reservation, go to www.manchestercc.edu/cuisine or contact Jayne Pearson at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proceeds from the dinner will support participation of the college’s cooking and ice-carving teams in local and regional competitions.
