The commission meets one evening per month with various communications through e-mail between meetings. Time required is only a few hours per month. Duties include commenting on development applications to address environmental concerns and participating in efforts to preserve and enhance natural resources. Commissioners have diverse backgrounds and are a well-rounded group. They work together as a commission and support each other on all projects. No experience is needed.
