Yoga at Unity

De-stress for the holidays with Yoga. Yoga Classes at Unity of Greater Hartford are held every Monday at 5:30 p.m. for intermediate to advanced levels and 7 p.m. for Easygoing to Beginner levels. A Beginner to Intermediate Level Class is held on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. Yoga classes will be cancelled on Dec. 24, Christmas Eve, and on Dec. 31, New Year's Eve. Arrive 15 minutes early if it is your first visit and bring your own yoga mat, $8 walk-in with packages available. Holiday gift certificates are available.
